摘要
挣值法是项目管理中成本和进度控制的核心方法.为了在我军装备采办项目管理中引进并推广挣值法,系统论述了挣值法的内涵及实施的主要步骤,探讨了挣值法在装备采办项目成本和进度控制中的实施方法及条件.
The method of earned value is the project management. To popularize the method nuclear method about cost and schedule control in the of earned value in equipment acquisition, the article introduces the connotation and main approaches about earned value method, and discusses how to apply the earned value method in the cost and schedule control of equipment acquisition.
