航天部队组织体制是保证航天部队从事军事航天活动的构成形式与制度保证.研究美军、俄军航天部队组织体制的组织结构、职能划分、任务关系等对从事军事航天力量组织与建设都有借鉴意义.从整体、系统层次结构、分系统职能上对美、俄航天部队组织体制系统构成的特点进行对比分析,找出2种组织体制的异同点;总结了在航天部队组织体制建设方面的启示和建议.

The space army organization system is the form and system to ensure the space army to engage in military space action. Researching the organization structure, function partition and assignment relation of U. S＇s and Russia＇s space army organization systems benefits for military space army organization and construction. We have compared the structure characteristics of U. S＇s and Russia s space army organization systems from the whole, the hiberarchy of the system and the function of subsystems, and found their differences. At last we have brought out the inspiration and some suggestions about the construction of our space army organization system.
