根据某省交通部门对车辆查询和管理服务的实际需求,在GIS与GPS的理论基础上,采用具有强大地图分析功能的MapX和组件技术建立了一个C lient/Server模式的GIS与GPS技术相结合的车辆管理系统。简要介绍了该系统的功能和体系结构,并详细讨论了系统实现的关键技术和方法,文章最后对未来的发展趋势进行了分析展望。

According to one province＇s request on the vehicle searching and managing of traffic department, it adopts MapX which has strong map analysis function and COM technology to set up the Managing Vehicle System, which is integrated in GIS technology and GPS technology in Client/Server mode. The paper introduces functions and the whole structure of this system in brief, and discusses detailed the key technology. At last, it analyzes expectation about intending development.
