摘要
利用广西数字化天气雷达的平显回波(CAPP I),结合作业炮点的地理信息,依托气象预警系统计算机网络,建立了集作业指挥、作业信息处理及其数据库管理为一体的人影实时作业指挥平台。该系统能有效避免人影作业盲目性,提高作业效果。
This paper introduces how to establish real-time command system platform of weather modification that combines the command, information processing and the database by using the flat-display echo of Guangxi digitized weather radar （CAPPI） and the artillery geography information as well as the meteorological warning system computer network. This system can avoid the blindness of weather modification operation effectively and improve the operation effect.
