计算较高能原电子对金属射程的能量幂次的新方法

摘要 论述了某一个能区入射电子对金属平均射程的能量幂次与入射能量、金属的有效真二次电子发射系数的关系,并简化推导了表达式.用实验数据分别算出了属于两个能区的较高能的原电子对金或铝的平均射程的能量幂次.最后对结果进行了讨论.结果显示计算较高能原电子对金属射程的能量幂次的新方法是可行的. This paper discusses the relation of energy power of higher energy range primary electrons which belong to the same energy band and primary electron energy and real efficient secondary electron emission coefficient in metal in theory. Then the equation of the relation was derived briefly, the energy power of higher energy primary electron in gold and aluminum was computed by experimental results. Finally, the results were discussed and a conclusion was drawn that the new method for computing the energy power of higher energy range primary electrons in mental is feasible.
