摘要
目前我国木地板行业发展很快,板种之间竞争也越来越激烈。在我国发展历史较短的实木复合地板成为木地板行业发展的新趋势,但与国外相比还有很大差距。文章应用战略管理中的SWOT方法,分析出了实木复合地板的优势和劣势,以及面临的机遇和挑战,在此基础上提出了实木复合地板的发展策略。
Wood floor industry increases speedily at present in China. There is a heated competition for market share among different wood floor. The multi-ply parquet as a new wood floor in China is becoming an inevitable trend, but has a wide gap compared with developed countries. The paper makes out the strengths and weakness of the multi-ply parquet, and the opportunities and threats faced, with the SWOT method in the strategy management. Then the paper puts forth some development strategy for the multi-ply parquet.
