摘要
建立了“夹拉法”车削细长轴时最小拉力计算的数学模型,应用该模型可计算出在给定的加工条件下满足精度要求的最小轴向拉力;给出了计算实例。
A mathematical model for calculating the minimum pulling force in turning a slender shaft using clamp-pull fixing approach is developed. With the model the minimum axial pulling force can be determined under given cutting conditions while the accuracy requirements of the shaft is satisfied. The sample calculation is also given.
