摘要
设计了一种满足超声波振动镗孔要求的镗刀。阐述了设计方法,介绍了镗刀的结构形式、刀具材料、切削刃几何参数等的选用方法,并对结构尺寸进行了计算。
The boring cutter for ultrasonic torsion vibration boring holes is designed and the technique of design is discussed. The structure shape, the. material of the boring cutter and the geometry parameters of the cutter' s edge are introduced and the size of the boring cutter is also calculated.
