摘要
2004年韶关发电厂9号锅炉出现了严重结焦的现象,并经常伴有锅炉掉焦灭火事故的发生。为降低锅炉灭火,减少炉膛结焦,对9号锅炉的燃烧设备和燃料情况进行了调整,2005年9号锅炉结焦的现象大为减少,提高了机组运行的安全性和经济性。
In 2004,serious coking usually accompanied with flame out due to the coke dropping occurred on the furnace of No 9 boiler of Shaoguan Power Plant. In order to solve this problem,the burn equipment and fuel were adjusted. In 2005, the coking of this furnace was greatly alleviated, and the safety and economic of the generating set was increased as well.
