针对青山热电厂通信线路经常出现故障,且与市话联系不便,各个分机话费不明细及不便管理的现象,从分析数字交换机系统结构入手,提出了相应的整改措施。

The troubles often occurred on the communication line in Qingshan Thermal Power Plant, and it was not convenient to communicate with local trunk.
