蛋白质转导域在医学中的研究与应用 被引量:2

摘要 细胞膜脂质双分子层的非渗透特性阻止了一些肽类、蛋白质、核酸等生物活性物质进入细胞内,而血脑屏障也使大分子蛋白类药物难以到达中枢神经系统发挥疗效.这些天然屏障的存在为一些生物学机制研究和疾病基因治疗的应用带来了困难.而近来一种被称为蛋白质转导域(protein transduction domains,PTDS)的短肽由于其能携带生物活性物质有效的穿过细胞膜甚至血脑屏障,引起了众多学者的极大的关注.
