摘要
合成并表征了2′6-二(苯并咪唑-2′)吡啶(H2bzimpy)和铕(Ⅲ)的配合物,用电子吸收光谱、荧光光谱和粘度测定研究了配合物与DNA的相互作用,推测了配合物与DNA的结合模式.
Europium(Ⅲ) complex having planar tridentate ligand, H2 bzimpy, where H2 bzimpy is 2,6-bis (benzimidazol-2-yl) pyridine was synthesized and characterized by UV, infrared spectroscopy and fluorescence spectra. The binding of this complex with calf thymus DNA has been investigated by absorption, luminescence titration and viseositv measurements. The results suggest that Europium (Ⅲ ) complex partly intercalates into DNA base pairs via the ligand H2 bzimpy.
