湘江流域中华花鳅的染色体组型

Karyotype of Chinese spined loach(Cobitis sinensis)in Xiangjiang River

采用PHA体内注射法制备染色体标本,对湘江流域中华花鳅(Cobitis sinensis)的染色体进行了数目统计和组型分析.结果表明中华花鳅的染色体数目为2n=40,臂数NF=70,核型公式为20 m+10 sm+2 st+8 t.同时根据现有的资料对花鳅亚科的几种鱼的核型进化关系作了初步的分析.

The chromosomal ntmlber and karyotype of Cobitis sinensis in Xiangjiang River was determined. The total chromosome number of the fish is 40, the karyotype formula is 2n=20m＋10sm＋2st＋8t, and NF=70. The evolutionary relationship among different subspecies of the cobitinae was discussed.
