摘要
在分析真空压力浸渍设备的现状和传统浸渍方法的基础上,针对石墨的真空浸渍过程中存在人为因素导致石墨电极生产过程控制不够稳定的问题,提出用PLC实现对真空压力浸渍系统的控制,提高了控制精度,在实践中取得良好的效果。
On the basis of analyzing the status of Vacuum Pressure Impregnation equipment and tradtional impregnation method , In accordance with instability of the graphite electrode impregnation control system caused by artificial element, PLC control system of Vacuum Pressure Impregnation is put forward, control precision is improved, and good result is gained in practice.
