应用振动测试和铁谱技术,对某台煤气排送机电机轴承频繁损坏进行了详细的分析,查明了轴承损坏的原因。改善了轴承供油系统结构后,使得电机轴承正常运行。
The reason that the motor bearings of a coal-gas exhauster were frequently damaged was analysed in detail with vibrating measurement and iron spectrum tech- niques.The structure of bearing oilling system was modified,which makes the mo- tor bearings have been running normally.
