摘要
山西平朔安太堡露天矿4-1号煤层和11号煤层,原煤灰分均在30%以上,同属富灰煤,但两层煤的可选性差别很大:4-1号煤层为难选—中等可选,精煤回收率为低等;11号煤层为易选—极易选,精煤回收率为良等。本文用煤岩学方法,研究、分析、对比了两层煤的宏观煤岩特征,显微组分和煤中矿物种类及其分布特征。研究表明:4-1号煤中粘土矿物充填胞腔者占所含矿物的33%,是造成该煤层可选性差,精煤回收率低的主要原因。
The ash contents of coal seam No.4-1 and No.11 of Antaihu opencut are more than 30 persent,but the washability of them are obviously different,Coal seam No.4-1 is difficult tomiddle-dressing and Coal seam No.11 is easy-dressing.Ac- cording to the study of macroscopic characteristics,maceral analysis and minera- logical analysis of coal seam No.4-1 and No.11 of Antaibu opencut in Pingshuo mining area,the results show that clay minerals in coal seam No.4-1 are mainly filled in the cell cavity of vitrinite and fusinite,which is up to 33 persent in total minerals.It is the basic reason for the differense in washability of coal seams No.4- 1 and No.11 of Antaibu opencut in Pingshuo mining area.
