右心房血栓超声表现二例

摘要例1 女,88岁.反复胸闷、心悸5年,常劳累、受凉后明显,近1个月加重.既往有慢性喘息性支气管炎、原发性高血压、贲门溃疡病史.查体:慢性病容、消瘦,两肺散在干湿罗音,心界扩大,第1心音强弱不等,胸骨左缘第3、4肋间闻及2/6级收缩期杂音.ECG:心房纤颤,QRS肢体导联低电压.胸片:肺气肿,轻度肺淤血,心影增大,疑有心包积液.
