In the world of 21 centuries entering the information society completely, the information technology in the education of application will bring about deep influence on education necessarily. This text analyzed the teachers ability needed under the information technology environment, discussed the current teacher＇s shortage of the information technique training, put forward some measures on developing teacher＇s technique ability of the information under the information technology environment. In the light of the application of the information technology, we must strengthen information technique training for professional teachers, then we can further make information technology playing an important role at the educating and teaching, as well advancing the education reform.
