摘要
应用建立在加权偏差总均方根基础上的整体评价法,按矿井地质条件和各项技术经济指标,比较了三部煤矿设计,并用投资动态规划法提出了合理的投资决策。
y means of integral evaluation on the basis of overall average square root of weighted deviation,the paper makes a comparison among three colliery designs in geological condition of mines and every technical and economic index,and the reasonable investment decision is put forward by dynamic programming investment.
