针对高层结构Ｐ－△效应问题的非线性刚度软化特点，给出了二阶几何非线性分析的简便手算或微型机能够计算的方法．算例表明该法简单，具有良好的精度．

Based on the consideration of stiffness softening, a simple and practical calculation method is given here for the P-△ effects of tall building.The calculation examples show that the method is simple and also produces high accuracy results.
