The Combination of Rational Rebellion and Culture Return——On the Double - Value Judgment of Local Literature of the May 4th Movement

乡土是人类文学史上一个永恒的母题。现代乡土文学作为一个小说流派,在中国文学史上有着独特的价值。本文以其中的"五四"时期为横断面,试图分析流贯于其创作中价值选择的一显一隐的两重性的纠结,即对乡土进行批判的同时,又呈现出一定的眷恋之情。同时,从社会现实、文化选择的角度,进一步明确其创作风格的内在决定因素。并且在与30年代乡土文学的比较中,加深对"五四"乡土文学鲜明特质的了解。

One＇s native place is an eternal theme in the history of human literature. As a genre of novel, modern local literature has its unique value in the history of Chinese Literature. This paper, based on the period of the May 4th movement of 1919, tries to analyze the combination of the double- value judgment——the attachment and the criticism in the local literature. Meanwhile, the inherent decisive factors in the creative style are further made clear from the angle of social reality and culture selection. In comparison to the local literature in 1930s, the characteristics of the local literature in the May 4th movement of 1919 can be more fully understood.
