教师的工作性质要求其心理健康程度必须高于其他职业者。教师是一个特殊群体,教育教学对象是学生,因此,教师心理健康尤为重要。文中分析了教师心理健康标准并提出相关对策。

Teachers＇ work requires higher psychological heath degree than other occupations. Teachers are a special group that working object is students. So teachers＇ psychological health is especially important. The psychological health standard for teachers is discussed in the paper and some of counter measurements are put out too.
