摘要
目前,一些高校,尤其是基础薄弱高校,人才的忠诚度有下降的趋势。其原因是多方面的。提高高校对人才的忠诚度,就要使人才与高校的目标一致,让人才承担具有挑战性的工作,注重沟通,重视人才的开发与培训,建立有效的激励措施,这样才能提高高校的人才忠诚度。
