Considerations on Students Education Management Work of Higher Vocational Colleges at New Situation

新形势下,对学生管理工作应转变工作上的表面化、实效性差、方法不适当、职责不清、管理者业务水平低的状况。为此,高职院校要提高对学生管理工作的认识;加强辅导员队伍建设;建全管理制度,成立服务机构;保护学生权益,强化职业素质培养。

At new situation students management work should change the situation of working on the surface, no effect, no proper method, no clearly responsibility and lower management level. Therefore higher vocational colleges should understand students management work importance, improve student counselor team construction, be perfect management system, setup service institution, protect students rights and interests and strengthen professional quality training.
