摘要
在短跑项目中,良好的放松技术对短跑成绩有着极其重要的影响,它能最经济、最有效地发挥运动员自身的最大潜力,取得最好的成绩。本文运用文献资料法,从生理学、心理学、训练学等角度对短跑运动员的放松技术特点及影响因素进行分析,并提出了一些有效的放松技术训练方法。
R.elaxing technique is an important factor to influence sprint achievement. It can economically and effectively helps athletes to use their potential and gain the best achievement. With the methods of literature information, from points of physiology, psychology and training, the authors analyze characteristic and influential factors of relaxing technique for sprint athletes, and put forward some effective training measures for relaxing technique in sprint.
