摘要
碱/聚合物二元复合驱是一种大幅度提高老油田采收率的三次采油方法.室内研究、试验表明,可比水驱提高采收率10%~18%左右.通过开展玻璃钢套管完井技术研究、玻璃钢套管测井方法研究和厚油层细分技术研究,在碱/聚合物二元复合驱先导实验区建立玻璃钢套管井时间推移感应测井和时间推移C/O测井系统,定量监测碱/聚合物二元复合驱注入过程中剩余油饱和度的变化,通过8年的矿场试验,成功建立了剩余油饱和度定量研究的动态监测预测系统,同时,测井资料表明,碱/聚合物二元复合驱有效提高了波及体积和驱油效率.
Flooding with a mixture of two components as Alkali-Polymer is a method of tertiary oil recovery that can notably improve the oil recovery ratio of mature Oilfields. Both laboratory research and tests indicate that it can increase the oil recovery ratio by 10-18% more than that of the water-flooding. We studied the oil-well completion technique and well logging method under the condition of fiber glass casing and the subdivisional method of thick oil-bearing strata. We also established the time-lapse induction logging system and C/O logging system in the alkali-polymer flooding precursor test area and quantitatively monitored the changes in oil saturation during alkali-polymer flooding. After 8 years of continuous monitoring, a monitoring and forecasting system for quantitatively measuring the residual oil saturation in reservoirs was achieved, and well-logging data have indicated that alkali-polymer flooding has effectively risen the volumetric sweep efficiency and oil displacement efficiency.
