The only way to manage the classroom instruction is the distinct management objectives, confirming the concrete content and needing certain management strategies. With the distinct management objectives, we have a direction on classroom management. Only when the concrect content of management is confirmed can classroom management be feasible. Only by implementing management strategies could classroom management come true. Under these conditions, a coordinate successful teachers＇ behavior system of classroom could be set up.
