摘要
海尔集团在其市场链流程再造过程中,不仅按市场化模式对其主、辅流程进行了重构,而且实施了旨在为每一位员工创造“经营自我”创新环境的市场链经营主体(SBU)建设,将海尔市场链流程再造的变革推向了一个新的高度。深入研究这一管理模式内在的机理及其产生的影响,对推进我国企业制度变革和管理创新具有重要意义。
Under the process of conducting market chain-based BPR,prime and subrdinate business process is not only reengineered in Haier Group according to market model, but also build-up of SBU,which implemented for each employee to create self-run innovation environment.Haler market chain-based BPR is promoted to a new height.h is very important for promoting the reform of corporation system and managerial innovation in China to deepen the research on the mechanism and effect of the management model.
