On political faith

作为一种制度性诚信,政治诚信主要包括政治理念诚信、政治制度诚信及政治活动主体诚信三个方面,具有公共性、合理性、制度性、中立性、效益性特征。专制社会缺乏政治诚信的基础,现代社会得以存在的三大支柱即商品经济、民主政治与多元价值观念的存在则为政治诚信提供了可能性条件。政治诚信具有维护和增进公民权益、推进政治文明建设、促进社会全面发展的作用。
