摘要
各种环境介质和生命体中许多微观化学过程都与活性氧密切相关。本文介绍了水环境中活性氧的来源、种类和测定。它们主要包括:1O2(单线态氧)、O2.-(超氧自由基)/HO2?(氢过氧自由基)、?OH(羟基自由基)、H2O2、RO?(烷氧基)、ROO?(烷过氧基)和ROOH(氢过氧化物)等。其主要来源于辐射分解、热解和氧化还原法等。测定采用分子探针法、图谱法和酶法。
The microchemistry of many living matters the sources, species and measurement of ROS. ROS is often related to reactive oxygen species (ROS). This paper described are very strong reactivity groups including ^1O2 (single oxygen), O2· (superoxide radical) / HO2· (hydroperoxide radical), ·OH (hydroxyl radical), H2O2, RO· (alkylperoxide radical), ROOH (hydroperoxides), etc. ROS could be produced in radiolysis, thermolysis, and redox process. At thepresent time, their measurements include probe methods, collection of illustrative plates methods, and enzyme methods.
