摘要
分析了连铸中间包钢水温度对钢材产量和质量的影响,根据不同的计算方法和控制方案,结合石钢自身特点制定了稳定中间包温度及其过热度的措施,提高了钢材的产量和质量。
The influence of temperature of molten - steel in tundish in continuous casting on steels output and quality is analyzed. The measures to steady its temperature and superheating extent are determined, according to different calculation method and control plan and combined with the actual situation of Shi Steel. In consequence output increased, quality improved.
