摘要 采用均匀设计的试验方法,对影响免振捣混凝土配合比的因素进行了研究.这些因素包括:水泥用量、粉煤灰掺量、水胶比、砂率、高效减水剂掺量等.借助SPSS软件建立了数学模型,得到了以流速、强度等为目标函数的回归方程,揭示了各变量之间的规律;利用MATLAB进行工艺参数优化,优化结果为:水泥、粉煤灰、高效减水剂三者的质量之比为1∶0.74∶0.035 6,水胶比为40%,砂率为45.4%.此项研究成果为免振捣混凝土配合比设计探索出了一条微机辅助试验设计的新方法. Making self-compaction concrete with fly ash is beneficial, because the low priced f ash can not only reduce the cost of project, improve the fluidity of concrete mix, but also avo y d the water percolating and concrete emanating. In this paper the factors affecting the mix proportion of concrete were investigated including the quantity of cement and fly ash, water-binder ratio, ratio of sand, amount of water reducing agent with uniform design method. The objective functions of concrete strength and concrete mix fluidity with uniform design table U12 · (12^5) are also found by SPSS and MATLAB. The result of this research establishes the best mix proportion of this kind of concrete, ratio of sand and water-binder ratio which are m(cement) : m(fly ash) : m(water reducing agent)= 1 : 0. 74 : 0. 0356, 45.4% and 40%. The positive result of this research is worth being applied and will bring out a new method of computer aid experiment design for mix proportion design of self-compaction concrete.
