摩托车发动机变刚度弹性悬挂系统研究与应用

摘要 振动问题是阻碍我国摩托车产业发展的一大障碍。传统解决方法,结构复杂,成本高,采用弹性减振器进行振动控制,克服了传统方法的弊端。对发动机弹性悬挂系统进行动力学分析,推导出弹性减振器的设计理论。针对在弹性悬挂过程中存在的问题,提出了变刚度弹性悬挂原理。研究成果应用于实践,解决了某200型摩托车的振动问题。 Vibration probiem is an obstacle that baffles the development of our country's motorcycle industry.The traditional methods of solving motorcycle vibration problems usually have the disadvantages of complicated configuration and high cost.Using flexible suspension for vibration control can overcome these disadvantages.The design theory of flexible suspension is deduced and the anti-vibration characters of flexible suspension with variable stiffness are analysed. The study results can be used in practice and in light of the method proposed,the vibration problem of some kind of motorcycle has been solved.
