报导了国内首台气相电子衍射仪的结构和用途。

The first Gas Electron Diffraction Unit in this country was set up and the structure and uses of the unit are reported in this paper. For checking the reliability of this instrument,some samples,which the molecular structures were known,were taken as standard materials.The results are reported and explaned.
