The paper introduces the exploitation and development situation of coal-mine methane of Shanxi province, presents the goal, key of advancement and ten projects of Shanxi coal-mine methane development. It holds that the relationships between exploitation and development, transportation and utilization, gas and coal collection, underground suction and ground exploitation as well as coal-mine methane and natural gas should all be well-treated.
