血脂及载脂蛋白E基因多态性与结肠腺瘤的关系 被引量:9

Association of serum lipids and polymorphism of apolipoprotein E with the risk of colorectal adenomas

摘要 目的探讨血脂及载脂蛋白E(ApoE)基因多态性与结肠腺瘤的相关性,方法对98例结肠腺瘤患者和40例正常对照者,酶法测定血浆脂质水平,聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)法测定 ApoE 基因型。差异性分析采用 X^2和 t 检验。结果结肠腺瘤组、远侧结肠腺瘤组和绒毛状腺瘤组血浆胆固醇水平分别为(5.32±0.85)、(5.58±0.63)和(5.49±0.69)mmol/L,高于对照组、近侧结肠腺瘤组和非绒毛状腺瘤组的(4.28±0.62)、(4.82±0.58)和(4.76±0.58)mmol/L(P<0.05);而结肠腺瘤组血浆高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平为(1.39±0.25)mmol/L,低于对照组的(1.51±0.29)mmol/L(P<0.05);结肠腺瘤组各基因型血脂水平差异无统计学意义;结肠腺瘤组 ApoEε3/ε4基因型频率(7.1%)低于对照组(17.5%,P<0.05)。结论血浆胆固醇水平增高者结肠腺瘤发生的危险性增加,ApoEeε/ε4基因型携带者其结肠腺瘤发生的危险性减少。 Objective To investigate the associations of serum lipids and polymorphism of apolipoprotein E (ApoE) with colorectal adenomas. Methods Ninety-eight patients with colorectal adenomas and forty healthy controls were involved to test their serum lipids by enzyme methods. Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). Results Serum total cholesterol levels were positively related to distal and villous adenomas ( P 〈 0.05 ). Serum total cholesterol level in group of colorectal adenomas [ (5.32 ± 0. 85 )mmol/L] was higher than that in group of control [ (4. 28 ± 0. 62)mmol/L], but serum highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) level [ (1.39±0. 25)mmol/L] was low in group of colorectal adenomas [ ( 1.51 ± 0. 29) mmol/L,P 〈 0. 05 ]. The frequency of ApoEε3/ε4 genotype in the patients with colorectal adenomas (7. 1% ) was lower than that in controls (17. 5%, P〈0.05 ). Conclusion The findings suggest that altered lipid metabolism may be differentially associated with colorectal adenomas and the persons with ApoEε3/ε4 genotypes have lower risk suffering from colorectal adenomas than those with other genotypes.
