摘要
运用反求工程方法对偏转线圈进行了平滑处理,使用三坐标测量机(CMM)对偏转线圈的上下表面进行了选点测量,根据所得到的数据云点利用Pro/E软件的曲面相关功能对偏转线圈曲面进行了重构,并对线圈成型模具曲面进行了数控加工轨迹模拟。本研究对偏转线圈绕线模的设计与制造具有重要的作用。
This text introduced some relative case about reverse engineering and adopts the method of reverse engineering. After the smoothly treating of the deflection yoke,we choose CMM to select points to measure the camber surface. With the data gained then use Pro/E restrute the camber and simulate the NC processes track for the molding of yoke. The research acts effectively in the design and manufaction of the die for widing deflection yoke.
