摘要
通过实验进行了Fe-Cr-Co尖晶石系低温黑色玻璃色釉料的研制,分析了这种色料及釉料的呈色机理及产生色差的原因,并探讨了黑色色料呈色的影响因素。结果表明,烧结温度对色料的合成和呈色有着重要的影响;二价铁与三价铁的动平衡是影响该色料在釉中呈色的关键因素。
The Fe-Cr-Co spinel type black glass pigment and glaze are studied in this paper. The tinting mechanism and the reasons of chromatic aberration are also analyzed. The results show that the sintering temperature has an important effect on the pigment manufacturing and the coloring. The dynamic equilibrium of Fe^3+ and Fe^2+ is the key factor to the tint of pigment in glass.
