摘要
应用膜分离技术对制革污水进行了处理,对制革染色加油废水的膜分离单元的操作工艺条件进行了优化实验,得到了膜分离处理制革染色加油废水的操作条件:工作压力0.10~0.15MPa,膜面流速1.2~1.5 m·s-1,废水pH控制在5.5~6.0,在上述工艺条件下膜分离法处理制革污水的效果较好.
Use the way of separate the membrane to deal with the sewage from tanner. Optimize the condition of the unit of separate the membrane of the process of handle the sewage. Get the satisfied result in the handle of the sewage and the pleased condition of separate the membrane. The pleased condition: pressure 0.10-0.15MPa,velocity of flow of the surface of the membrane: 1.2- 1.5 m. s^-1 , pH of the sewage: 5.5-6. 0.
