摘要
对比了传统机加工和塑性加工方法生产直线轴承外骨架的特点,在分析塑性加工用薄板材料基本特性与成形性能相关性的基础上,根据直线轴承外骨架的结构特点合理选择材料,设计了正反拉延复合模一次成形筒形件,并用小深筒形多侧冲槽模具对拉延件精密侧冲多个窄长槽实现了直线轴承外骨架的塑性加工。
