摘要
进行了粉煤灰混凝土的坍落度试验,试验结果表明:不同品质的粉煤灰,取代水泥量相同时,混凝土拌合物坍落度不同;粉煤灰等量取代时,取代水泥量在10%~50%范围内,粉煤灰对混凝土拌合物的坍落度及坍落度经时损失始终有改善作用;粉煤灰超量取代时,取代量在30%~40%范围内,随着粉煤灰取代水泥量及取代系数的增加,混凝土拌合物的坍落度呈下降趋势,混凝土拌合物的坍落度经时损失呈上升趋势.
The tests of concrete slump is carried out, and some results are obtained. Firstly, in the same substitution ratio of fly ash for cement, the slumps are different with the quality of fly ash. Secondly, under the equal-substitution of fly ash for cement, fly ash can improve the slump and reduced the loss of slump within substitution ratio 10 % -50 %. And under the over-substitution of fly ash for cement, with substitution ratio and substitution coefficient of fly ash going up, the slump decrease and the loss of slump increase within substitution ratio 30 % ~ 50 %.
