本文叙述了利用合成法制备聚乙烯醇防水涂料的实验内容，并指出该种新型防水涂料具有价格低廉、施工简便、操作安全、不污染环境、防水效果良好等优点，具有推广应用的价值．
In this article, we describe the content of the experiment of manufacturing a new kind of waterproof Paint named POlyvinyl alcohol and point out some advantages such as low price, simple construction, safe operation, no pollution and excellent waterproof property all these advantages make it much valuabe for application.
