脑酸溶性蛋白1的分子生物学研究进展

摘要 脑酸溶性蛋白1(BASP1)为最新确定的一种与神经轴突生长发育及可塑性密切相关的神经生长蛋白,具有与GAP43相类似的结构特性,嵌于细胞膜,主要是通过调节细胞骨架相关蛋白的运动来促进神经轴突的生长发育,目前对其一般特性的研究已较明确,将继GAP43后成为神经生长发育和损伤修复等研究的首选分子。
