本文报道在pH为8的硼酸-硼酸钠的缓冲溶液中,以乙醇为增溶剂,抗坏血酸为还原剂,使银与明胶作用生成黄色络合物,用分光光度法测定银的方法.最大吸收波长为422nm,摩尔吸先系数为16×104L·mol-1·cm-1.银在0.2~12.5μg/mL范围内遵循比尔定律.此方法可用于环境水样和含银废水中微量银的测定.
This Paper reports a spectrophotometric determination of trace silver. With ethanol as stabilizer and ascorbic acid as reducing agent, the yellow complex in the resultant of silver and gelation in pH 8.0 boric acid-sodium borate butter solution is used as determinand. The maximum absorption wavelength is 422nm, Molar absorptivity is 1.6×104L. mol-1. cm-1. In the range of 0.2~12.5μg· mL-1, the absorption of silver complex abides by Beer's law. The method can be used in the Determination of trace silver in the environmental water sample and silver-bearing waste water.
