应激影响脑结构及认知功能的分子机制研究进展

摘要 当机体处于应激环境中时,与认知、情绪反应相关的一些脑区如海马、杏仁体、额叶皮质等可发生一些结构改变,从而影响机体的认知行为,但是其作用机制还不是很明确,近年来各项研究认为激素及其受体、神经递质、神经营养因子及细胞黏附分子是介导应激性脑改变的主要作用分子。
