前向多翼离心通风机性能改进数值模拟 被引量:7

Numerical Simulation on Performance Improvement of Forward-curved Multi-blade Centrifugal Fan

摘要 利用计算流体力学(CFD)软件Fluent,对一前向多翼离心通风机的内部流场进行了数值模拟,并对计算得出的全压、流量以及全压效率和试验值进行了比较,验证了数值模拟的可靠性。同时,对其叶片数、叶片进出口安装角、蜗舌深度等几何参数的不同变化作了对比模拟,从中得出优选结果。 Using the Fluent software about Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD), numerical simulation is carried out on inner flow field of a forward-curved multi-blade centrifugal fan. Then the numerical results of total pressure, flow rate and total pressure efficiency are compared with their testing results to validate the reliability of the numerical simulation. At the same time, different change of main geometrical parameters are simulated, they included the amount of blade the mounting angle of blade inlet and outlet and the depth of tongue etc. The optimum result is obtained from it.
