马疫链球菌SH-5生产透明质酸营养条件的研究 被引量:4

摘要 对Streptococcus equiSH-5生产透明质酸的营养条件进行了研究,摇瓶发酵实验表明该菌株的适宜氮源为酵母膏和牛肉膏以2∶1组成的混合氮源,在碳氮比为2∶1时有利于透明质酸的合成和菌体的生长;通过正交实验摸索出营养培养基的最佳配比为葡萄糖5%,酵母粉6.67%,牛肉膏3.33%,MgSO4.7H2O 0.1%,MnSO4.4H2O 0.02%,NaHCO30.3%,Na2HPO40.5‰,尿嘧啶0.08‰;添加0.05‰异甘草素对产酸有利。 Nutritional conditions of hyaluronic acid prodution by Streptococcus equi HS-5 were studied. The shaking flask experiment indicated that the strain was suitable in 2 : 1 of yeast extract and beef extract as mixed nitrogen sources, when carbon and nitrogen was at 2: 1, it is conducive to the synthesis of hyaluronic acid production and the bacteria growth. The optimum proportion of the nutritional medium through orthogonal experiment and trying to find out is 5 % glucose, 6.67 % yeast extract, 3.33 % beef extract, 0.1% MgSO4·7H2O, 0.02% MnSO4,·4H2O, 0.3 % NaHCO3, 0.5‰ Na2HPO4, and 0.08‰ uracil. Later it was found that an addition of 0.05‰ of iso-liquiritigenin was conducive to the acid production.
