摘要
应用功耗图示分离法研究了锰锌铁氧体在不同频率、掺杂、磁感应强度和温度下磁损耗的3种组成成分及其变化情况.结果表明:掺杂适量CaO、S iO2的锰锌铁氧体不仅其涡流损耗比重大大下降,而且磁滞损耗也大为降低;在一定温度范围内,烧结温度对样品的功耗影响不大;在低频率段,仍然存在剩余损耗.
This paper investigated the constitutes of magnetic loss of MnZn ferrite with different additives under different frequency, magnetic permeability and temperatures. The results show that the magnetic loss of MnZn ferrite with additives decreases dramatically not only in respect of the eddy current loss but also in respect of the hysteresis loss. The variability of sintering temperature has neglectable effect on the magnetic loss of MnZn ferrite. Even under low frequency, residual loss exists still.
