Legal culture of the Tujias＇ customs is formed during the long-term production and living, Though it hasn＇t shaped systematic legal thinking and legal rules, there are still many strict legal ideas and clan regulations evolved among the people which make the Tujia people have strong feeling of kindness and similarity on spirit, psychology and concept.
