机械式全调节泵在西部高扬程灌区的应用

摘要 陕甘宁盐环定扬黄工程是一项高扬程、多梯级、远距离输水的电力提灌扶贫工程,工程选址的输水路线决定了共用工程1~8泵站为空流段.由于3省(区)专用工程及配套项目建设滞后,工程未达到满负荷运行,空流段泵站运行不能保持级间水量的平衡,经10余a运行分析找准原因;根据现代泵站工程理论与技术,经过多次可行性研究、技术论证,提出在渠首泵站改造机组,选用机械式全调节泵的方案.机组改造应用效果明显,为更好地解决泵站级间匹配问题开辟了新的途径. The engineering from the Yellow River in Yuanhuanding in Shaanxi,Gansu and Ningxia provinces is a high head, many steps classes, long-distance leave to lose the aqueous electric power lift the irrigation supports the engineering of impoverished, Because three province area appropriation engineerings and kit item developments slowly, the engineering comes short of full carry movement, 1~8 pumps stands to get empty to flow an equilibrium for the movement can't keep class a water measuring, passing to 1~8 pumps stands to get empty to flow segment class a project for doing not match problem proceeding analysis studying, according to modern pump standing engineering theories and technique, putting forward in the head pumping standing reforming machine set, choosing with machine all of the types regulating pump, the machine set reforms the applied result is obvious.
